working methods

Consulting and training sessions are initiated only if we are sure we can deliver added value.
We begin our work by conducting a professional assessment, because often enough defining a problem is more important than solving it, and should certainly precede it.

Our customers trust us because we abide by strict confidentiality rules.

Consulting and coaching

Even the most experienced managers sometimes need to take a step back and look from a distance at what’s happening in their organizations. In such moments an outside consultant can play a crucial role. Outside consultants provide an unbiased perspective. And given their business experience they can identify the problems and facilitate the development of possible solutions. Consultants choose their methods of operation – coaching, consulting or mentoring - depending on the needs. In any case we expect our customer to remain
committed in the implementation of the agreed solution. More….

Workshops and training sessions

When a large group of employees requires support in developing their operation skills or any job skills, organizing a workshop or a training session is the best course of action. We use professional case studies and engaging game activities that enable the participants to gain knowledge and practical skills using the effective method of “learning through experience.” When a team wants to improve their co-operative skills to achieve a particular goal or solve a particular problem, we arrange a tailor-made workshop.
Depending on the needs and the situation, the consultant can take on the role of a facilitator, trainer, or an interim manager.. More….

Interim management

Interim managament temporarily fills the role of a highly
experienced manager (until a suitable replacement is found) and is not a permanent form of employment. An interim manager is in a way hired to accomplish a certain task. An example of a task can be planning and implementing a project, but also managing a specific business operation for a period of time and with particular goals in mind. In some cases an interim manager becomes a temporary employee in an organization for a time.
Our main area of expertise is interim management of human resources at a time of strategic development in an organization
("soft HRM").

Assessment tools:

Evaluation
A proper assessment of the current situation is necessary at different stages of development of an organization.
Sometimes a careful examination will suffice and obvious conclusions will follow. However in more complex cases this basic approach will not be enough.
This sort of situation calls for the use of dependable (professional) tools.
Many aspects of an organization can be evaluated: the practices, the employees, the internal and external communication methods.
We offer the tools to conduct the evaluations both online and during workshops:
Assessment Center/Development Center
Virtual Assessment
360-degree evaluation
Employee satisfaction survey
Customer satisfaction survey

Personality analysis in a business setting
Insights Discovery System is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, discover their style of functioning, which affects their interactions in relations inside and outside of the organization.
The flexibility of the tool enables its usage in many processes related to different stages of an employee’s life cycle in an organization – recruitment, individual development, team management, coaching, and outplacement.
Insights Discovery translates psychological language into the language of colors, which represent a specific set of personal characteristics. Although each person has a combination of all color energies, usually one color dominates and determines the way the person communicates and makes decisions.
The starting point for analysis is a person and his/her preferences. Collectively the individual profiles give a general picture of the strengths and development needs of the team.
This allows us to build a custom-tailored strategy for organization development.

All BPD consultants are certified Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioners

Game activities and business simulations
Game activities are the most effective and engaging methods of
skill evaluation and development.
In traditional business classes the participants learn about the most recommended operating methods,
however during game activities, they must use these specific skills in practice.
The game activities offered by BPD can be integrated into the training sessions, used as an assessment tool (AC/DC),
or organized as a separate team-building event.

Game examples:
“Pearl diver” – a simulation of a B2B sales process
“Schengen zone” – exposes methods of co-operation in a team and among the teams
